Established as a pivotal initiative by the Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF), the NCDF Sustainable Impact Fund (NSIF), to enhance the chance of developments at local government levels in Nigeria. Our mission is to provide long-term, sustainable financing for infrastructure, social services, and thus unlock the potential of this sub-national economic potential, in a way that serve as a catalyst of prosperity for the locals and consequently advancing Nigeria’s pace towards delivering on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our vision is clear: to empower local governments to address their unique challenges while fostering public-private partnerships that stimulate economic growth and enhance the quality of life for all Nigerians.
Through Public-Private Partnerships and Joint-Venture initiatives with local governments on infrastructure development, access to quality healthcare, power, agriculture, and small-scale industrial clusters, coupled with our track record and expertise in investment management, we are strongly convinced that the NCDF Sustainable Impact Fund will serve as a catalyst to unlock the full potential of Nigeria’s sub-national economies. This will create wealth and significantly increase the chances of achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
