The NCDF Real Estate Equity Fund (REEF) is a groundbreaking private real estate investment fund designed by Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF Group) and managed by NCDF Investment Management Plc. REEF provides a trusted platform for Nigerians home and abroad to finance the construction of their dream homes in Nigeria — with dignity, transparency, and peace of mind.

Our Purpose

We created REEF to solve two major challenges faced by diaspora Nigerians:

1. Access to safe, accountable construction financing for land they already own.
2. Opportunities to invest in real estate development in a way that guarantees both home ownership and financial returns.

Through REEF, subscribers contribute 15–20% equity toward their project cost while NCDF finances 100% of the construction. The equity is blocked during the construction period and earns competitive interest — a model that combines housing delivery with wealth creation.
